Welcome to my portfolio page. The presented projects are a collection of works from my university, research, clubs, hackathon, and personal. Included in each project block is the title and small description, along with links to the github-hosted code and pdf detailing more of the project. Down below the project section is research I have been involved with. Contact me if you are interest in collaborating or have questions!
Simple personal website developed with only HTML and CSS. The purpose of this website was to allow for the presentation of my professional works and documentation, such as personal projects and research commitments. It also holds convenient links to all my relevant contacts, so please contact me if you have any questions about the code, server, or design. Further updates will be pushed to maintain recent information.
This project aims to develop a predictive model which intakes raw DNA sequence data to estimate the likelihood of a mutation driving melanoma cancer along noncoding sequences of DNA. The model architecture of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) will be trained under the supervised training method to utilize the robust datasets of noncoding mutated variants seen as melanoma-linked or benign. The impact of such a model could further research for early risk assessment of melanoma cancer.
This project has a full-stack development process that allows for a easy interface with drag and drop file for CSV files (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and works to process data via data cleanup methods and using Fuzzy-Matching algorithm (Python) to produce easy to read statistics of worker data for the University of Wisconsin Campus and Visitor Relations
