This AI model project will examine specific DNA sequences and find what mutations effects would be in causing melanoma cancer cells. The Ai model would be CNN architecture with supervised training.
This project has a full-stack development process that allows for a easy interface with drag and drop file for CSV files (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and works to process data via data cleanup methods and using Fuzzy-Matching algorithm (Python) to produce easy to read statistics of worker data for the University of Wisconsin Campus and Visitor Relations
